2. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel:

  • Any subscription service at any time
  • One-time services before work has commenced
  • Custom projects within the agreed cancellation window
  • Trial services during the trial period

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your service:

  • Log into your account dashboard and navigate to subscription settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • Alternatively, email us at support@saasforest.com
  • Include your account details and reason for cancellation

4. Cancellation Timeline

Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime with prorated refund if within 30 days
  • After 30 days: Cancellation effective at the end of the current term

One-Time Services

  • Before project start: Full refund available
  • After project start: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After delivery: No refund available

5. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied to your account
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

6. Early Termination Fees

Generally, there are no early termination fees for standard services. However:

  • Custom enterprise agreements may have specific terms
  • Discounted annual plans cancelled early forfeit the discount
  • Special promotional rates may have minimum term requirements

7. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your cancelled service:

  • Services can be reactivated within 30 days with data intact
  • After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
  • Previous pricing may not be available upon reactivation
  • Custom configurations may need to be reconfigured

8. Automatic Renewal

All subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled:

  • We'll send renewal notices 7 days before renewal
  • You can disable auto-renewal in account settings
  • Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date

9. Exceptions

Immediate cancellation with full refund may be provided in cases of:

  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Significant changes to service terms without notice
  • Security breaches affecting your data
  • Inability to provide promised services
